Headquartered in the UK, Lightbulb Leadership Solutions, formerly known as Seminars & Solutions, was founded in 2007 by award-winning and world-renowned speaker, business consultant and entrepreneur Fiona McKay. Since then we have grown and developed into an international business, but our initial passion and purpose remains the same, which is to empower leaders and managers to improve their performance and that of their organisation.
