Tim is a qualified and experienced Coach and Facilitator. He specialises in facilitating experiential learning that is anchored in Emotional Intelligence. Equally at home developing individuals, leaders and teams; Tim’s focus is to provide development that inspires and enables people to implement their learning by changing existing or creating new habits.

With extensive leadership experience gained in both customer focused operational roles and central Learning and Development roles, Tim’s experience is one of his key strengths and gives him the ability to say “I have been there and done that” and can empathise with leaders to maximise their development.

As a Lightbulb Leader, Tim works with leaders and teams to develop their ability to positively influence themselves and others whilst delivering business results. His coaching work is focussed on performance and self-awareness. Tim’s L&D experience enables him to work with organisations on people focused change projects such as their Purpose, Vision and Values and developing key people tools such as Performance Management.
