#PressForProgress with Winning Women

With #EqualPay, #TimesUp and #MeToo the time is now for women to gain their rightful and equal place into leadership positions. The theme for 2018 International Women's Day is #PressforProgress and we are asking people to pledge how they are going to make a difference in progressing women both inside and outside of the workplace. So, how can you press for progress?

More and more organisations are both committed and working hard to address and improve on the proportion of women in leadership positions and our Winning Women programme has been designed especially to help them make it a reality.  To complement our programme we have launched the results of 10 years of research into a campaign called #FeedbackFirst.  Our findings show that certain types of feedback is holding women back into reaching their leadership potential.  We have designed a set of specific solutions that tackle these stereotypical feedback challenges for women, giving them both the tools and techniques to reach the highest levels of leadership in complex and contemporary markets around the world.

Working with both organisational leaders looking to make a positive change and women wanting to take their own steps into leadership or elevate their leadership position to the C suite, our Winning Women programme and #FeedbackFirst research and insights  delivers bespoke gender improvement plans with the aim of identifying and accelerating female leadership talent and removing any barriers to progression.

Let's get down to business

Winning Women will help to create managers who can improve a team's performance and take control of their own development, as well as leaders who possess the required vision, authenticity and self-awareness to create their own leadership brand and career.

We achieve this through our tried and tested pathway programme, which consists of individual and group coaching, a business leadership project and a series of UK and Internationally certified masterclasses namely:

  • Giving and receiving stereotypical feedback

  • Vision, velocity and internal environmental scanning

  • Judgement, influence and decision making

  • Developing and applying resilience

  • Managing change in shifting environments

  • Defining trust and integrity in leadership

  • Commercial clout and metrics that matter

  • Board and business behaviours of the future

  • Applying leadership learnings and action planning

  • One to one and group performance coaching
