In addition, we are seeking global associates to support our Managing Director, Fiona McKay, in her global #FeedbackFirst campaign.
Fiona launched the campaign on International Women’s Day 2018, with the purpose of eradicating gender stereotypical feedback from the workplace, whilst showing women how to get more specific feedback to fuel their futures and increase their leadership development opportunities.
Fiona’s research findings and new methodologies are being adopted by some of the world’s leading organisations as well as using her learnings to tackle and reduce their gender pay gaps.
We are seeking exceptional associate talent to deliver development masterclasses that support the #FeedbackFirst campaign.
