Fiona Jackson

Fiona is a specialist in diversity and inclusion with a strong commercial focus.

She has 10 years’ experience in leading Diversity and Inclusion for a large private sector organisation and prior to this a 20 year career in commercial roles across the Energy sector. Fiona has sat on a number of D&I advisory boards, been a trustee of a charity supporting young women where she now volunteers, currently leading their learning and development activity and is Vice President of Women in Nuclear UK.

Her role in Lightbulb Leadership is to advise on how strategic D&I initiatives can add value to an organisation and to support diverse individuals to progress in their careers at all levels.

Having spent 30 years working in the energy sector, the last 10 of which have been in the nuclear sector, she has a deep understanding of this industry.

She has an honours degree in Business Administration and Mathematics from Aston University, supplemented by a MBA which she achieved with distinction.
