The Client Brief

Fiona McKay was invited to be the keynote speaker on International Women’s Day 2018, speaking to Phaidon’s US top banking & buy-side clients on her groundbreaking research on ‘Why Feedback Holds Women Back’.

The event enabled Phaidon to align this event with its wider D&I strategy and allowed Phaidon to be the first US organisation to reveal the research to the US market.

The event delivered deeper client engagement and the positioning of Phaidon as a pioneer in bringing new learning, insights and development to their clients, strengthening the partner relationship and getting closer to the critical conversations that count around female leadership acceleration and the reduction of the gender pay gap in Banking & Buy-side.
