With a passion for people and performance, and creating results-driven high-performance cultures, Glenn is at his best when facilitating deep learning, helping talented high-performers to accelerate their growth whilst delivering direct commercial benefit and a tangible ROI.

In leadership development, Glenn had the opportunity to co-design, pilot and lead the first and many subsequent groups of a 4-month long blended modular solution for RBS. Delivering a highly engaging transformational programme that continued to roll out between 2004 to 2012. 

Within a unique and challenging marine environment, Glenn led the roll-out of a leadership programme targeting senior officers and managers across a fleet of 17 ships over a three year period. Building on this success, he was asked to go on-board their vessels to coach the officers and ratings at sea; an incredible experience which adds real colour to Glenn’s varied experience. 

Professionally qualified in the behavioural sciences as a therapist, Glenn is CIPD accredited in L&D (Level 7 Advanced Award) and is an accredited Master Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching. Glenn is BPS accredited in ability and personality testing, MBTI, 16PF as well the Hogan HPI, HDS & MVPI, Hays Leadership Styles and SDI.
