Philippa is a professional coach with years of experience helping executive clients achieve clarity in their thinking, communicate more powerfully with stakeholders, and create significant change.
She has worked as a leadership coach across the BBC; collaborated with coaching leaders from companies as diverse as GSK, John Lewis Partnership and the Civil Service; and been published as an academic researcher on coaching psychology.
You may also have seen Philippa on your TV screens. She is internationally known for her high-profile career as a television presenter with BBC World News - where she single-handedly hosted daily live programmes for years - and as a much-travelled foreign reporter and White House correspondent.
As a Lightbulb leader, Philippa offers calm in the face of challenge and crisis, expertise in public performance under pressure, and experience of confident engagement with global leaders from CEOs to presidents. She believes strongly that every client can rewrite their personal and professional story : boosting their personal well-being while fulfilling much more of their potential, and Philippa also extends that philosophy when coaching women in our Menopause Maze and Winning Women programmes.
Philippa’s academic credits include an MSc (distinction) in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London; a Harvard University journalism fellowship; and a BA (double first) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
