LIVE VIDEO: What role do Institutional Investors play in dismantling racism?

DROP THE MIC 🎤 FOR THE BIG QUESTION:

What role do Institutional Investors play in dismantling racism?

Our Managing Director, Fiona McKay got the opportunity to answer, dive-in and dissect this very question with a no holds barred discussion as a guest on the HR Rewired LinkedIn, Youtube & Twitter LIVE debate.

Legal & General recently flexed their investment muscle to force FTSE 100 companies to take race seriously so this was a timely and critical conversation. Hosted by Shereen Daniels, an advocate of amplifying black voices in the workplace, Shereen taps into Fiona’s insights, observations and recommendations for equality in access to growth capital from her experience of working with female founders and impact investors in deals and value creation. Here is a clip below:

The professionals also explored the link between anti-racism and ESG. What does socially responsible investing look like for organisations who are unwilling to take concrete steps to address racial injustice?
